Really how is it? Are you part of the fortunate ones who get lucky on the regular or are you having to try to schedule it whenever possible. In this day & age it seems that trying to schedule some bedroom magic is a hurdle in itself. Between busy jobs, kids & just not having any energy the once explosive passion couples shared seems to have fluttered into oblivion. Some couples are like ships that pass in the night & others don't let anything hold them back from achieving that ultimate "O". But what can one do to keep that spark alive?



We all know how frustrated men can become if they don't get laid. But women too become sexually frustrated for various reasons. From their men paying more attention to sports to the technology age where men spend more time on the computer or gaming system then in the bed. However there has to be some compromise somewhere. Women can't use the "I have a headache" excuse anymore. For couples who have been together for many years the drive that they once had to be intimate can become a challenge now. This could be because things become so routine that it feels like more of a chore than exhilarating. But how can couples change this cycle of lost lust?

Try to remember the times when you were first were in courtship. Sex was in abundance no matter when or where, you made the time to get your freak on & keep each other high off of what you brought to the bedroom or where ever you did your deed. Relationships now have become so complacent that you look at each other with less vigor & less desire. Why is this? We just can't keep using the excuse of being tired. Sexual relations is a very important part of any relationship & needs to be treated & respected as such. Relationships whither when this part disappears. The reasons I gave above about work & kids is justification to a degree but you should never forget that you both need to take part in keeping the once heart pounding, groin grinding lust alive.

 

Make it happen. Don't let anything hold you back. Take the horse by the reigns & lead the way. It's all about the energy you put into it.  Reintroduce your lustful & playful self to your lover. Let him/her know that you still feel butterflies when they walk into the room. And not only be spontaneous in your actions but also represent your love to him/her with all your emotional, mental & physical attributes. Make your lover feel incredibly desirable & let them know how bad you want to make them cum. Please all their senses & you shall be victorious in your endeavor. Good Luck!!
